1 Introduction and Consent

jayabajee (referred to hereafter as "the platform", "we", or "jayabajee") is an online betting and casino service provider operating for users in Bangladesh. 4 Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

jayabajee offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
• Deposit ৳32,000 → ৳15,000 bonus → total balance ৳47,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, a wagering requirement of 15 times (15x) the bonus amount must be completed. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been met.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

jayabajee follows a strict policy on bonus abuse. The following activities will be considered bonus abuse:

• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Operating an account solely for the purpose of collecting bonuses.
• Attempting to withdraw a bonus without meeting the promotional terms.

If bonus abuse is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on jayabajee can be modified before they are finalised. Once a bet is confirmed it cannot be changed or cancelled, however jayabajee may at its discretion cancel a bet in the event of a technical error.

5.2 Technical Errors and Disconnections

If an internet connection is lost or a technical problem occurs during a game or betting session, the outcome of that session will be determined according to our server logs. In such situations jayabajee's decision will be considered final.

5.3 Responsible Gaming

5.4 Match Result Discrepancies

Match results used in sports betting are determined based on information from official and recognised sporting authorities. Announcements from the BCB, ICC or other recognised sports organisations will be considered final.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jayabajee platform:

• Conducting transactions using funds obtained from illegal sources (money laundering).
• Obtaining bonus or promotional benefits by fraudulent means.
• Conducting betting or gaming activities using bots, automated software or artificial intelligence.
• Accessing or attempting to access another user's account.

7 VIP Program Terms

jayabajee's VIP program rewards loyal members. The program has four tiers:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

VIP tier upgrades are determined based on a member's overall activity and loyalty. VIP benefits apply for a specified period and jayabajee reserves the right to change VIP policies at any time.

8 Privacy and Data Protection

jayabajee is committed to protecting users' personal information. By using our services you are agreeing to our Privacy Policy.
